Over 12 weeks, I will help you shift your relationship with food, activity, and sleep. Better health, vitality, and longevity can come without deprivation by repatterning our habits and conceptions.
Our goal will be to restore your energy by addressing our main fuel source: Food.
I am equipped to guide, educate, and support a transition to a semi-ancestral way of eating. (We still have some great modern conveniences not to be ignored.) My expertise lies in an animal-based approach, with meat and eggs as staples.
Through weekly check-ins we will discover your easy, go-to meals filled with foods that support your goals and identify and address lifestyle habits that may be holding you down. And have a bunch of fun conversations along the way!
We will navigate the waters of change well informed, clarifying your goals and creating plans for you to succeed.

Gain an understanding of how our everyday movement patterns- how we sit, stand, bend, and walk- affect our daily lives and cause us pain. Ideal for those with chronic pain or individuals wishing to move mindfully to stop pain before it starts.
